Julian Achterop living room, June 11th , 2017. There are multiples examples of how you can decorate your living room with style. Besides it’s functionality, the room has also a social function. So it has to be perfect for that. It has to be comfortable, but not like a bedroom, so colors can help you with that. Take a look at the pictures and maybe they can help you. The Italian photographer Francesco Lagnese has an eye for nice interiors and combines different things and furniture in a room so as to match perfectly and obtains quite spectacular result. Just take a look at these photos that show a nice living room that is all decorated in light blue and white.
Adal Arbeit kitchen, June 11th , 2017. Make sure everything has its rightful place in a drawer or cabinet. This works especially well when you have enough storage space. Then, style the slick counter tops with a bowl of fresh fruit or two, for contrast and modern, chic design. Get it all off the counters and into the shelves. Hang a basket on the wall for the mail and then organize everything us in the no-door cabinets. It’s a stylish way to design the kitchen, but also a clean, organized way to have space to cook, bake and entertain on the tops of the counters! All you need is a decorative tray that matched your theme and style genre to help organize, de-clutter and personalize! Keep everything in the corners at bay by using little pieces like this to keep it all focused.
Adaliz Bader living room, June 11th , 2017. The first thing to do is to paint the walls of the living room in black and white. But do not paint them exactly like a chess board because this would be too tiring for the eyes. You can though paint one wall white and the opposite black. Then use some or all of the decorating items presented here, all of them chess-themed. Or you can try to combine a checkered coffee table in black and white and maybe some nice looking ceramic supports for the books. Hang a beautiful post-modernist painting on the wall and the effect will be amazing. Just make sure you do not fill up the room with chess-related items because too much is too much in everything you want to do. So keep it simple, but in good taste.
Adalwolfa Becke bedroom, May 30th , 2017. With a white-painted wooden framework and a wooden ladder that adds to its dynamic looks, these cool bunk beds are much nicer than the versions we’ve been used with so far. On top of that, they’re really functional given that you’ll be able to hide everything you want as there’s plenty of under-bed storage space. For those parents fearing that the design is not safe, don’t, it is. Those recessed metal fasteners not only provide solid structural security, they are also edge-free which means your kids will not scratch themselves while going up and down the ladder, or playing.
Adette Brotz bedroom, June 11th , 2017. The minimalist glass doors also go great with bedrooms that already employ floor-to-ceiling glass windows to offer some great views; be it of the city skyline or the tranquil ocean. If you are not very fond of the colored glass doors, you can even use the mirrored wardrobe sliding doors that will reflect the many existing shades of your home.
Abella Babin living room, May 25th , 2017. Of course, neutrals aren’t the only viable option. Red is quite versatile and can pair well with lots of different colors. Blue is one of them and, even though the combination may seem surprising and odd at first, given the right color tones it can actually look really chic. You can also choose to stay away from all the drama usually associated with the red color without giving up this shade altogether. For instance, you can choose a faint of pastel shade of red as your accent color and you can combine with other similar colors for a cohesive and harmonious effect.
Adalicia Bellerose kitchen, June 11th , 2017. Mobile or portable kitchen islands are very great to have in homes with an open floor plan where the kitchen shares the same zone with the living space and maybe even some other areas. This means that the kitchen island can become part of any of the other spaces’ design as well. You can also use the kitchen island as a bar or an extension to the dining table. A kitchen island on wheels increases the versatility of the piece and gives you more freedom when using it. This island has a very intriguing design. It has a sleek metal frame with tall and thin legs with wheels and this simple design makes it lightweight and easy to relocate. Take out in the living room, in the dining room and even on the terrace.
Adette Brotz living room, May 27th , 2017. Red is a color that adapts well to a lot of different styles. Modern and contemporary interiors are just as likely to look great with a few red accents as traditional spaces are. A nice way to add a touch of color to a room is with an area rug or accent pillows. Accent furniture is also a perfect way of introducing some color to a room. For example, a pair of armchairs, a side table or a set of dining chairs are all wonderful options. When the rest of the décor is simple and neutral, these elements will stand out.
Lucas Abelen furniture, June 11th , 2017. Integrating a wine glass rack in the kitchen can be a problem, usually because of the lack of space. However, certain types are created specifically to let you get around this problem, like this one hanging from the ceiling, above the kitchen island which also serves as a bar. A rustic wine glass rack can be made of wood and attached to the ceiling using metal chains. It can be a simple DIY project and it would look beautiful in an industrial or rustic space, with a wooden ceiling, exposed beams and rough finishes.
Adalwolfa Becke living room, June 11th , 2017. Don’t go too far as to hang animal trophies on the walls, even if you are a hunter, as it shows cruelty. The fireplace though is absolutely a must for a nice looking rustic living room, whether it is genuine and totally functional or only decorative. The floor can be covered with wood or stone and all the electronic gadgets that fill a modern persons life simply don’t fit here and you’d better save them somewhere else if you can’t live without them. The predominant color of the rustic living room is brown, but you can add some sweet shades of white, beige or crimson for making the place more lively. There’s no room for the tall chairs, but you should use sofas and small comfortable stools. Use only natural fibers in the room and you will feel closer than ever to nature.
